REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Ngoctran SmartMart is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Eligible for Refund:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item not as described
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@ngotran.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping:
- For defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used or customer-damaged items
- Items missing original packaging
